The R.I.S.E Training Program is designed for women 18 years of age and older who have the desire to learn life changing skills and are looking to gain financial independence.

How does the program ensure the safety and confidentiality of participants?

Safety and confidentiality are our top priorities. We implement strict confidentiality policies, secure facilities, and private consultations.

How long does the R.I.S.E Training Program last, and what is the schedule?

The R.I.S.E Training Program is a three week session that consist of six classes. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am - 11:00am.

What happens after completing the R.I.S.E Training Program?

We collaborate with local businesses and organizations that are aware of the special circumstances surrounding our participants and are committed to supportive hiring practices. Follow-up support is also provided to ensure long-term success and stability.

Can participants access the program remotely?

No, we do not offer remote access options at this time.

How is participant progress tracked throughout the program?

Participant progress is tracked through regular assessments, feedback sessions, and/or performance evaluations. This helps us tailor the support to each individuals' needs and ensure they are prepared for successful employment.
