Program Overview
This 12-hour training program is designed to equip women with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term success in the workforce. The program covers topics such as professional development, communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.

Eligibility

The program is open to women aged 18 and above who are currently unemployed or underemployed.

Participants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Participants must commit to attending all 12 hours of the training program.

Registration Fees

Registration for the program is required and can be completed online or in person at our office.

The program is offered free of charge to eligible participants.

Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all sessions and arrive on time.

Active participation and engagement during the training sessions are encouraged.

Participants who miss more than 25% of the program hours may be disqualified from receiving a certificate of completion.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the program.

Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Participants must follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by the program facilitators.

Certification

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion.

The certificate does not guarantee employment but serves as recognition of the participant's commitment and acquired skills.
